Position: Concrete Quality Control Technician Role

This unionized role involves overseeing quality control processes for concrete products. You will be tasked with conducting various tests and ensuring all documentation meets CSA standards while collaborating closely with QC colleagues and production teams. Your foundational knowledge of concrete will directly contribute to maintaining product quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow the QC program with thorough inspections

• Conduct concrete tests both in-plant and on-site

• Maintain calibration of testing equipment

• Document test results and support corrective action plans

• Provide technical guidance to drivers for mix specifications

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in science or engineering discipline

• 2 years experience in the quality control arena

• Strong skills in basic computer applications

• ACI or CCIL Certification within specified period

• Ability to communicate detailed information effectively
