This full-time role requires you to contribute actively to the legislative preventative maintenance program as a quality control resource. Engage with Property Managers to conduct technical audits and evaluations of compliance while ensuring high standards in asset maintenance. Your insights will be critical during investigations of deviations and in the formulation of corrective actions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct and validate technical audits in your region
• Monitor and act on reported deficiencies timely
• Support corrective action implementation in maintenance
• Engage in client audits and best practice evaluations
• Analyze and present audit results effectively
Requirements:
• 7+ years managing building-related technical systems
• Expertise in MS Excel and CMMS tools
• Experience with Predictive Maintenance strategies
• Experience facilitating Preventive Maintenance Inspections
• Professional accreditation in relevant technical fields
