This full-time role requires your expertise in conducting meticulous inspections of custom-made jewelry, evaluating craftsmanship and presentation quality. Your attention to detail and strong judgment will play a crucial role in our customer satisfaction. You will interact closely with production, repair, and operations teams to manage quality issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform quality inspections on custom jewelry before delivery

• Check craftsmanship and sizing against specifications

• Approve compliant products and flag issues for correction

• Work with internal teams to resolve quality challenges

• Maintain high-quality standards in a fast-paced setting

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Expertise in detailed product inspections

• Strong organizational and prioritization skills

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Previous experience in jewelry manufacturing is a plus
