In this key full-time position at our Vancouver Head Office, you will oversee quality engineering accountability and foster a culture of excellence among your team. Your expertise will ensure that quality practices are seamlessly integrated into the development lifecycle, impacting our organization's goal of serving members through social equity and justice. Reporting to the Director of Quality Engineering, this role will challenge you to balance technical strategy and operational delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure end-to-end quality outcomes and release readiness
• Lead teams in the adoption of effective testing frameworks
• Balance technical depth with strong people leadership
• Implement risk-driven testing and automation strategies
• Collaborate closely with engineering leaders for quality alignment
Requirements:
• 12+ years of experience in quality or software engineering
• Successful track record in leading quality teams
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decisions
• Expertise in API and automation-first testing practices
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline integration
