As a QA Engineer, you will perform manual test execution and review bugs from offshore testers prior to developer assignments.
Your role includes following up on high-priority issues and filing significant tasks for developers. Accountability for weekly reporting on testing execution will also be required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate bugs and tasks from offshore testers
• Follow up on high-priority and critical issues
• File tasks that are directly assignable to developers
• Ensure coverage for important incremental changes
• Report weekly on executed manual testing tasks
Requirements:
• Experience in QA testing methodologies
• Understanding of testing life cycle and planning
• Familiarity with mobile application testing
• Expertise in regression, smoke, and end-to-end testing
• Teamwork experience in offshore-on-site project settings
