Position: Supplier Quality & Manufacturing Engineer Role

The role focuses on enhancing production quality through collaboration with manufacturers and vendors in China. Ideal candidates should possess over five years of experience in quality or manufacturing engineering, with strong skills in Mandarin and English.

Your role will be critical in bridging the gap between technical communication and quality standards to ensure the success of hardware prototyping and production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel to China for quality oversight and inspections

• Confirm compliance with BOMs and manufacturing guidelines

• Document any defects affecting product quality

• Develop and apply inspection and testing protocols

• Implement root-cause analyses for production issues

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Mandarin

• 5+ years in relevant engineering roles

• Experience with electromechanical products

• Strong documentation and quality discipline

• Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis
