Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor and support inspection teams across multiple projects

• Oversee project delivery from planning to execution

• Engage with clients, ensuring projects meet quality expectations

• Troubleshoot project issues and provide technical guidance

• Drive proposal development for new service opportunities

Requirements:

• 5–10 years of relevant inspection or quality experience

• Leadership experience in project environments

• Familiarity with infrastructure and utility projects

• Knowledge of project standards and business development

• Must possess a valid Class 5 driver's license
