Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure adherence to ICH GXP guidelines and quality regulations

• Lead the management of the electronic Quality Management System (eQMS)

• Conduct internal/external audits and ensure inspection readiness

• Oversee training programs for all employees

• Facilitate effective investigations into product quality issues

Requirements:

• B.S. in chemistry, biochemistry, or related field

• Minimum 8 years in the biotech or pharma sectors

• Knowledge of GCP and audit practices desirable

• Skilled in project planning tools and eQMS

• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and multitasking abilities
