In the role of Quality & Inspection Lead, you'll drive quality service implementation and mentor a team of inspectors across various infrastructure initiatives. You will manage project resources and foster significant client relationships to ensure successful and compliant project outcomes. Your expertise will also elevate RAM’s service offerings in inspection and quality assurance, guiding teams in achieving excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor and support inspection teams across multiple projects
• Oversee project delivery from planning to execution
• Engage with clients, ensuring projects meet quality expectations
• Troubleshoot project issues and provide technical guidance
• Drive proposal development for new service opportunities
Requirements:
• 5–10 years of relevant inspection or quality experience
• Leadership experience in project environments
• Familiarity with infrastructure and utility projects
• Knowledge of project standards and business development
• Must possess a valid Class 5 driver's license
