As part of Aecon’s commitment to quality, the Quality Manager will guide the development and execution of the Quality Management Plan across various project sites. You are responsible for ensuring adherence to quality requirements while leading audits and assessments as well as facilitating communication with stakeholders and project leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the Project Specific Quality Management Plan

• Conduct internal and external quality audits

• Prepare inspection and testing methods in accordance with standards

• Liaise with the Project Quality Manager on major issues

• Facilitate construction staff training on quality requirements

Requirements:

• Over 10 years of quality experience with 5 years in management

• Previous involvement in large civil projects

• ISO 9001:2015 auditing certification required

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

• Strong understanding of construction regulations and standards
