Position: Galderma Quality Lead for External Suppliers
Become a crucial part of Galderma as the Quality Lead overseeing external suppliers. This role focuses on quality management and compliance within the pharmaceutical industry.

As the ESO Quality Americas Leader at Galderma, you will leverage extensive technical and regulatory expertise. You will oversee quality at Contract Manufacturing Organizations and ensure strict adherence to industry standards like cGMP and ISO. This position demands strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a global and complex environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate continuous improvement actions across Galderma sites

• Act as primary QA contact for external suppliers

• Lead quality management reviews and set compliance goals

• Oversee regulatory documentation and ensure inspection readiness

• Resolve critical quality issues and notify management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant scientific discipline

• 8+ years in quality within the pharmaceutical industry

• Experience with CMOs and external supplier oversight preferred

• Quality management certification is a plus

• Strong analytical and communication skills
