As a QA Analyst, your contributions will ensure the ongoing delivery of quality software solutions aimed at nonprofit organizations. Working alongside cross-functional teams, you'll be involved in validating product requirements while pushing for enhancements in automation testing. Key Responsibilities:

• Validate and impact product requirements with the Product team

• Define scenarios and plan testing strategies before coding

• Direct daily conversations with Development for quality insights

• Oversee manual and exploratory testing efforts

• Create documentation related to application configurations

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years QA experience

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities

• Fast learner of new technical systems

• Experience enhancing QA processes
