In this full-time position, you will be responsible for directing the QA team while maintaining high standards of quality assurance in game development. You'll collaborate closely with production personnel and external QA sources to strategize testing efforts, reporting defects, and managing risks effectively. Mentorship and team performance management are key aspects of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set clear direction for the QA team

Requirements:

• 7+ years experience in Triple A game testing

• Proven leadership in managing QA teams

• Familiarity with tools like JIRA and Confluence

• Understanding of various testing platforms

• Ability to quickly learn and apply new methods
