Quality Assurance Supervisor at COHO

Lead quality assurance initiatives at COHO as a QA Supervisor. Enhance service delivery and operational practices through detailed assessments and ongoing improvements.

Reporting to the Director of Management Services, the QA Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring COHO's service standards are met across client portfolios. You will conduct quality reviews, evaluate governance, risk management, and operational systems, identifying gaps and recommending enhancements. Your work will directly support organizational learning and continuous improvement initiatives, fostering service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive quality assurance reviews of client management

• Evaluate operational controls, records management, and reporting practices

• Identify risks, service gaps, and improvement opportunities

• Prepare detailed reports with findings and recommendations

• Coordinate relief services during staffing changes or transitions

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance

• Strong knowledge of governance and operational workflows

• Advanced skills in Microsoft 365 and property management systems

• Excellent analytical and organizational abilities

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
