As a part of Cotecna's high-performing team, you will be trained as an On-Call Sampler/Inspector, aiding in various inspection tasks of bulk cargo. This role is ideal for those looking for valuable work experience while maintaining flexibility around other commitments. Your duties will include maintaining safety standards and ensuring the accuracy of sampling procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct bulk cargo sampling and inspections
• Document cargo conditions and quantities
• Assist in preparing samples for labs
• Ensure cleanliness of working environments
• Work with both manual and automated systems
Requirements:
• Must hold a Class 5 BC Driver’s License
• Basic math skills required
• Strong communication abilities
• Capacity to lift weights over 40 lbs
• Willingness to acquire WHMIS certification
