Join Purdys Chocolatier as a Quality Assurance Technician, focusing on food safety and quality standards. This full-time position involves rotating shifts between 6:00 a.m. and 12:00 a.m. in Vancouver.

As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will ensure our products meet stringent safety requirements by conducting audits, quality monitoring, and facilitating employee training. Collaborate with other team members to improve our quality systems and enhance customer satisfaction through safe and delicious products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the development of food safety programs
• Conduct routine inspections and quality assessments
• Facilitate staff training on Good Manufacturing Practices
• Assist in investigating non-compliance issues
• Engage in audits and keep accurate records
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or similar
• Up to two years in a food safety or quality assurance role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and detail-oriented mindset
• Effective communication skills for team collaboration
