Senior HSE Advisor - Transit Operations

This full-time position focuses on providing technical expertise and guidance to operational teams to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Collaborate closely with leadership, employees, and clients while maintaining a strong safety culture across multiple sites. Your leadership will help drive positive outcomes in health and safety initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage health and safety program effectiveness and administration

• Conduct rigorous compliance reviews and inspections

• Lead workplace investigations and support corrective actions

• Prepare monthly safety reports for review

• Maintain engagement with union representatives on safety issues

Requirements:

• University Degree or Diploma in a health and safety field

• At least five years of progressive safety experience

• Proven knowledge of safety legislation and regulations

• Experience in unionized work environments is mandatory

• Must have a valid driver's license for necessary travel
