This Quality Assurance Specialist monitors quality improvement projects and corrective actions across processing and manufacturing activities. The position supports implementation of gategroup’s quality system with the QA Manager and QA Supervisor. It also maintains customer compliance resolution, quality metrics, and required specifications.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor quality improvement projects and corrective action systems
- Audit quality system effectiveness against customer and regulatory specifications
- Coordinate actions preventing nonconformities and recurring defects
- Control food safety and processing quality within business operations
- Support customer and government audits for compliance
- Preferred college degree in a related discipline
- Knowledge of Food Safety, HACCP, or Quality Management
- Experience with GMPs, SOPs, HACCP, and quality program control
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word skills
- Knowledge of quality auditing and inspection methods
Use HACCP, auditing, and corrective action expertise to strengthen food safety, quality, and compliance throughout gategroup operations.
