Lead lease and property management with YMCA BC in a permanent, full-time role. Drive compliance, service quality, and cost efficiency across childcare facilities.
Reporting to the Director of Capital Projects and Administration, this managerial position oversees property operations, ensuring safety and adherence to regulations. You will manage budgets, vendor relationships, and lease agreements while optimizing operational efficiency. The Manager also supervises one direct report, providing guidance that fosters effective performance and development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee property and lease operations across assigned facilities
• Manage lease agreements, negotiations, and renewals
• Develop and maintain budgets for lease and facility operations
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards
• Coordinate with external stakeholders, including landlords
Requirements:
• 5-7 years in a leadership role in commercial leasing
• Valid property management license required
• Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations
• Proven expertise in lease negotiations and portfolio optimization
• Ability to develop budgets and manage financial performance
