Position: Property Administrator at Marcon

As a critical administrative partner to the property management team, you will liaise with tenants, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

• Support lease administration and documentation

• Maintain tenant records and manage billing processes

• Coordinate vendor services and facilitate requests

• Assist with portfolio reporting and compliance tasks

Requirements:

• 2-3 years in real estate or property administration

• Proficiency with Yardi property management systems

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Valid BC driver's license with vehicle access
