Join Concord Pacific Developments as a Senior Manager of Commercial Leasing in Vancouver, BC. Lead your team in executing effective leasing strategies and build lasting relationships in the market.
In this full-time position, you’ll support the commercial leasing team by managing tenant outreach, marketing initiatives, and leasing documents. Your experience in cold calling and market research will contribute to overseeing the effective leasing operations within the organization. Ideal candidates are organized, motivated, and excel in communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and organize leasing pipelines and information
• Address inquiries from tenants and brokers effectively
• Conduct outreach to potential retail tenants via cold calls
• Coordinate property tours with prospective clients
• Assist with all aspects of leasing documentation
Requirements:
• 5 to 8 years in commercial leasing preferred
• Enthusiastic about retail leasing and tenant relations
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
• Confident in direct tenant interactions and outreach
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
