Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee acquisitions, management, and leasing of BC Hydro properties
• Prepare budgets and cost analyses for project proposals
• Coordinate with legal services for real estate agreements
• Perform site inspections and manage compliance with plans
• Provide direction on certificate applications for capital projects
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field
• Five years of relevant experience in real estate management
• Class five driver’s license must be in good standing
• Knowledge or pursuit of real estate designations preferred
• Capability for frequent site visits and overnight travel
