This well-established client in commercial real estate seeks a full-time Property Manager to manage their downtown office assets. The ideal candidate will bring around five years of experience and a valid BC Rental Property Management License. You’ll work closely with teams to enhance tenant satisfaction, operational efficiency, and financial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct daily operations of commercial office properties

• Foster strong relations with tenants and service providers

• Oversee financial reporting and budgeting processes

• Administer maintenance and vendor contracts

• Implement capital improvement projects

Requirements:

• Valid BC Rental Property Management License essential

• Five years of relevant property management experience

• Two years’ experience in a property management role
