This vital role involves working directly under the Maintenance Supervisor, addressing tenant concerns, and maintaining aesthetics and safety across the property. Your responsibilities will include conducting move-in inspections, responding to service requests, and implementing maintenance schedules. Successful candidates will live on-site following a probationary period.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee building maintenance and emergency repairs
• Perform inspections related to tenant moves
• Conduct regular property audits for tenant issues
• Manage distribution of keys and access fobs
• Provide prompt responses to tenant inquiries
Requirements:
• Proficient English communication; secondary language a plus
• Experience with minor building repairs
• Familiarity with the Residential Tenancy Act
• Availability for on-call weekend shifts
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
