You will be responsible for maintaining high building standards across a diverse range of properties.
Your role includes developing team capabilities and managing vendor performance to maintain exceptional service delivery. With your proactive mindset, you'll ensure compliance and financial health while enhancing community safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee diverse portfolio operations of commercial and residential properties
• Regularly inspect properties and dispatch contractors as needed
• Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards
• Manage budgets and assist with financial oversight
• Lead recruitment and training initiatives for new staff
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of property management experience
• In-depth knowledge of tenancy laws and leasing practices
• Expertise in property management systems, especially Yardi Voyager
• Proven leadership and project management abilities
• Relevant post-secondary education preferred
