Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee operational management of residential properties
• Track and analyze financial performance metrics
• Resolve tenant-related issues in a timely manner
• Conduct property inspections and maintain standards
• Recruit and develop property management teams
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in property management
• Understanding of the BC Residential Tenancy Act
• Competency in budget management and financial reporting
• Experience with property management technology
• A valid BC Driver's Licence is necessary
