As part of the BC portfolio team, you will analyze asset performance and contribute to budgeting and strategic leasing decisions. Working closely with various teams, you will also prepare key reports for leadership, enhancing your analytical acumen and understanding of market strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to annual operating and capital budget preparation

• Analyze lease transactions aligning with business plans

• Maintain Argus Valuation models for asset evaluations

• Support the asset management team with analytical tasks

• Assist with strategies for vacant and expiring spaces

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, or Business

• 1-3 years of relevant industry knowledge

• Strong analytical and communication abilities

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Argus

• Ability to prioritize effectively under deadlines
