Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct rental market analysis and stay informed

• Manage marketing efforts for residential leasing

• Maintain accurate rentable item records in Yardi

• Achieve targeted sales and performance goals

• Collaborate within the Property Management team

Requirements:

• One year of relevant sales experience preferred

• Valid BC Driver's License required

• Familiarity with lease documents is necessary

• Strong communication skills a must
