YVR Manager, Real Estate Development

As a core member of the Real Estate Development team, your role will focus on the strategic management of major projects impacting YVR’s growth. You’ll engage in overseeing construction developments and negotiations, ensuring compliance with building codes and safety guidelines. This acting term position allows you to leverage your experience while fostering economic development in British Columbia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead real estate development plans across a portfolio

• Manage procurement processes for all consultants

• Handle contract negotiations for project needs

• Direct Project Management department initiatives

• Provide expertise in construction execution

Requirements:

• At least five years in real estate development over $50M

• Minimum three years in supervisory roles

• Familiarity with construction laws and codes

• Strong project management skills

• Financial experience with development proformas
