Quad Real is seeking a Development Intern to support its projects under the guidance of the Development Analysis Manager. This role invites students pursuing degrees in Real Estate, Finance, or related fields to develop business acumen while contributing to significant projects. Skills in financial modeling and communication will be honed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage financial models for multiple properties
• Assess market trends to inform feasibility studies
• Analyze local planning policies for project support
• Create investment memorandums for development plans
• Prepare and present progress updates on projects
Requirements:
• Enrollment in a relevant university program
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
• Prior experience in real estate is advantageous
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
