• Oversee day-to-day operations of a mixed-use portfolio
• Resolve tenant and contractor issues professionally
• Manage financial performance through budget oversight
• Develop and mentor team members for improved outcomes
• Conduct inspections and implement operational programs
Requirements:
• 5+ years of progressive property management experience
• Required to be licensed in Rental Property Management (BCFSA)
• Experience with budget management
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving capabilities
• Familiarity with property management software is advantageous
