As a Development Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder communication. With a degree in a relevant field and 5–7 years of progressive experience, you are adept at managing complexities within real estate development. Your strong financial and communication skills will drive collaborative efforts across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee full lifecycle management of development projects
• Manage financial accountability and project budgets
• Drive projects through critical stage gates
• Foster relationships with architects and city planners
• Interface effectively with Marcon’s construction team
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
• 5–7 years of relevant real estate experience
• Strong financial and project management skills
• Knowledge of building and architectural systems
• Ability to lead teams and manage risks effectively
