Development Manager Developer

Step into a pivotal role as a Development Manager with SSA Group's Vancouver developer partner. Your expertise in managing rezoning and construction processes will be essential for successful project delivery.

This position requires a seasoned Development Manager, with around five years of real estate development experience. You will oversee municipal approvals, coordinate consultants during construction, and support the construction team with RFIs and change orders. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage rezoning, DP, and BP processes efficiently

• Coordinate consultant responses to RFIs during construction

• Ensure SIs are managed on time for project success

• Support construction team in assessing change orders

• Collaborate closely with all stakeholders throughout development

Requirements:

• Approximately 5 years in real estate development

• 2 years as a Development Manager preferred

• Metro Vancouver municipal approvals experience required

• Experience managing consultants through construction

• Resourceful and able to work independently
