Position: Leasing Associate for New Developments

In this fast-paced, onsite role, you will report to the Assistant Leasing Manager while driving leasing and resident relations functions. The ideal candidate has a passion for customer service, strong communication skills, and a detail-oriented approach. Your contributions will directly impact the success of new developments and the overall resident experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead leasing and resident relations functions for new communities

• Conduct engaging community tours showcasing available suites

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of community amenities and services

• Handle leasing documentation using Yardi Voyager and Rent Café

• Build relationships with local businesses to enhance leasing traffic

Requirements:

• Minimum three years of relevant experience

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Detail-oriented and highly organized

• Familiarity with Yardi Voyager is preferred

• BC Real Estate License in Property Management is a plus
