Key Responsibilities:
• Contribute to research publications and grant proposals
• Oversee daily lab operations and safety compliance
• Coordinate biobanking and sample collections
• Lead mentorship for students and junior researchers
• Manage procurement and lab inventory processes
Requirements:
• PhD in molecular biology or related field
• At least 6 years of hands-on lab experience
• Proven track record in multidisciplinary collaborations
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Prior experience in lab management is preferred
