As a pivotal member reporting to the Technical Director, you will spearhead strategic R&D initiatives to enhance recycling processes for blended plastics. Collaborate with diverse technical teams to implement solutions, develop the R&D roadmap, and ensure efficient laboratory operations. Your leadership will empower the team’s effectiveness and promote a culture of safety and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop long-term R&D strategies for textile recycling
• Implement innovative solutions for impurity management
• Ensure smooth day-to-day lab operations
• Collaborate with technical leads on project transitions
• Prepare insightful reports for the leadership team
Requirements:
• Ph.D. or M.S. in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience
• 3+ years in a leadership role managing teams
• Expertise in organic chemistry and analysis techniques
• Excellent communication skills for diverse stakeholders
