Position: Senior Toxicology Scientist at AbCellera
Lead innovative nonclinical toxicology programs as a Senior Scientist erage your extensive expertise to support IND, CTA, and BLA submissions in a dynamic environment.
As a Principal Scientist in Toxicology, you will oversee all aspects of nonclinical toxicology studies, ensuring they align with global regulatory standards. Your expertise will guide cross-functional teams in candidate selection and risk assessment while interfacing with contract research organizations. You will lead the scientific assessment of toxicology data and contribute to regulatory documents and interactions, shaping the future of biologics development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead planning and execution of nonclinical toxicology programs

• Oversee CRO partnerships for study design and execution

• Author and review safety sections in regulatory submissions

• Communicate risk evaluations to project teams and leadership

• Develop integrated safety strategies for therapeutic portfolios
Requirements:

• PhD in Toxicology or related field with 8+ years experience

• Expertise in GLP-compliant nonclinical toxicology

• Proven track record in overseeing toxicology studies

• Strong writing skills for regulatory documents

• DABT accreditation preferred, but not required
