Join the UBC Neurosurgery Vascular & Oncology Research Unit under Drs. Gooderham and Makarenko. In this position, you will maintain research databases, document patient results, and assist in the drafting of research grants. Collaborate with the study team and engage with patients to ensure seamless clinical trial coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and maintain databases for clinical trials
• Document patient test results accurately
• Track research trial statuses efficiently
• Assist with drafting research grant proposals
• Coordinate patient visits and reminders
Requirements:
• High school graduation with 2+ years related experience
• Strong computer literacy in databases and MS Office
• Experience in neurosurgery research preferred
• Sound judgment and confidentiality maintenance
• Ability to work independently and in teams
Contribute to innovative research and support the UBC Neurosurgery team through diligent data management and patient coordination.
