Arthritis Research Canada is seeking a Junior Research Coordinator to assist in the SOAR Clinical Trial, aimed at improving knee health post-ACL reconstruction. This hybrid position includes in-person work at UBC Hospital and Arthritis Research Canada, along with remote tasks. Ideal for those pursuing graduate training in clinical research, this role offers mentorship and a collaborative atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate in-person data collection and participant communication
• Manage monthly REDCap questionnaires and track study progress
• Organize and maintain study materials and records
• Lead research team meetings and support participant recruitment
• Assist in training research assistants
Requirements:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and communication platforms
• Experience with human participants in research settings
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Familiarity with REDCap is an asset
• Comfortable with problem-solving and teamwork
