Talent Sphere is anticipating hiring for Product Development Specialists in late summer and fall 2026. We're looking for candidates from formulators to seasoned experts with expertise in food science, chemistry, and related disciplines. You will play an integral role in the development, optimization, and commercialization of innovative products in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support projects from concept to commercialization
• Develop and evaluate product formulations and processes
• Participate in product testing and manufacturing transfer
• Maintain technical documentation and development records
• Collaborate with teams for successful product launches
Requirements:
• Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or related field
• Experience in product development and formulation
• Knowledge of cGMP or regulated environments preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Legally authorized to work in Canada
