Join Ocean Wise as a Prospect Research Intern to play a vital role in fundraising. This remote internship offers the chance to conduct research that identifies and qualifies potential donors.

As a part-time intern, you will directly support the Philanthropy & Partnerships team, contributing to the identification of prospects through comprehensive research. Your ability to analyze data and maintain updated records will be essential in developing relationships that help sustain ocean conservation efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth research using public and internal sources

• Create detailed profiles and briefing materials for fundraising

• Maintain Salesforce to ensure accurate donor records

• Help with research-related projects to enhance strategy

• Fulfill internal research requests and analyze data as needed

Requirements:

• Strong analytical and research skills

• Proactive and organized with exceptional attention to detail

• Excellent written communication to convey complex data

• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications

• Familiarity with research methods and prospect research concepts is a plus
