United Therapeutics is seeking a Preclinical Scientist for Thymus-Based Therapeutics based in Vancouver, British Columbia. In this pivotal role, you will help drive advancements in immunology and therapeutic research.

You will manage lab organization and contribute to developing methodologies that will support critical preclinical studies. Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and analyze experiments in T cell and thymus biology

• Perform multi-parameter flow cytometry and data interpretation

• Conduct immunofluorescence staining and image analysis

• Help establish and manage laboratory protocols

• Collaborate with vendors and CROs for in-vivo research

Requirements:

• 2+ years of postdoctoral or industry experience

• PhD in immunology or closely related field

• Experience with human primary cell culture and assays

• Strong troubleshooting and planning skills

• Detail-oriented with excellent collaboration abilities
