Senior Researcher

Position: Senior Experience Researcher at Asana
Shape the future of Asana's products as a Senior Experience Researcher in Vancouver, BC. Leverage your UX Research expertise to drive impactful insights and influence product strategy.

Based in our Vancouver office, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Design and Engineering. This role requires a blend of qualitative and quantitative research skills to shape the Asana for Service product roadmap. As you lead foundational post-GA research, your insights will guide long-term product enhancements and create a customer-centric culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and prioritize high-impact research needs with product leadership

• Lead post-GA research driving critical product improvements

• Own customer panel feedback loop and usability research

• Champion customer-centric culture through design crits

• Synthesize complex data into actionable narratives

Requirements:

• 6+ years of UX Research experience for digital products

• Mastery of qualitative and quantitative research methods

• Proven ability to manage multiple complex work streams

• Strong communication skills influencing product strategy

• Familiarity with AI tools for enhanced insights
