Heir Search is looking for four Researchers to join our supportive team. You don't need a genealogy background, as we will teach you the necessary skills in our unique research methods. We're seeking motivated individuals who want to grow and stay committed to a niche field.

• Trace family lines with genealogy and public records databases

• Analyze and report on various documents accurately

• Manage your cases while adhering to timelines

• Communicate professionally with clients and heirs

• Choose external resources wisely for research needs

Requirements:

• Excellent critical thinking and reasoning capabilities

• Strong sense of accountability in your work

• Previous experience in retail or customer interaction

• Comfortable handling difficult conversations on the phone

• Strong time management skills to meet project deadlines
