With your extensive experience, you will oversee in vivo pharmacology studies, evaluate data sets, and contribute to the identification of molecules for clinical trials. Mentorship of junior scientists and collaboration with CROs will be key aspects of your role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and interpret in vivo pharmacology studies

• Evaluate data sets and propose biological hypotheses

• Collaborate closely with CROs for study execution

• Prepare scientific findings for regulatory submissions

• Mentor junior scientists in study design

Requirements:

• PhD with 8+ years in drug development

• Experience in oncology or immunology is beneficial

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
