Your role will revolve around leading the in vivo pharmacology studies crucial for current drug candidates.
AbCellera is on the hunt for a Principal Scientist to drive innovation in the preclinical phase of biologics development. You will lead comprehensive studies to generate proof-of-concept data, fostering collaboration with cross‑functional teams. Your contributions will support the identification and selection of promising molecules destined for clinical trials.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and interpret in vivo pharmacology studies
- Evaluate data sets and propose testable biological hypotheses
- Work closely with CROs and project teams for study execution
- Prepare scientific findings for regulatory submissions
- Mentor juniors in study design and data analysis
- PhD with 8+ years in preclinical drug development
- Experience in oncology or immunology is a plus
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Interest in solving complex biological problems
