We are seeking a Fermentation Specialist with expertise in anaerobic and aerobic fermentation to lead process development, optimization, and scale‑up of microbial fermentation. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience working with bacteria, fungi, and other microorganisms in controlled fermentation environments.

• Design, optimize, and scale‑up anaerobic and aerobic fermentation processes for microbial growth, metabolite production, and biomass yield.
• Develop and maintain fermentation protocols, including media preparation, inoculation, and bioreactor operation.
• Monitor and analyze fermentation parameters (pH, temperature, DO, agitation, gas composition) to ensure optimal growth conditions.
• Troubleshoot and refine fermentation processes to improve productivity, yield, and cost efficiency.
• Work with cross‑functional teams, including R&D, quality control, and production, to support commercialization.
• Document and analyze experimental data, prepare reports, and present findings to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, biosafety protocols, and GMP standards.

• Master’s or PhD in Microbiology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Fermentation Science
  , or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in fermentation process development, ideally in both anaerobic and aerobic conditions.
• Experience operating and optimizing bioreactors and fermentation equipment.
• Strong knowledge of microbial metabolism, growth kinetics, and metabolic engineering

• Ability to troubleshoot fermentation challenges and implement process improvements.
• Experience in downstream processing, purification, and product formulation is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and teamwork skills.
