This position supports multiple research studies within the Department of Paediatrics. The Research Assistant plays a crucial role in preparing study materials, managing patient interactions, and analyzing data. You will also assist in ethics applications and maintain databases using platforms like Red Cap.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare materials for study visits and coordinate scheduling

• Assist in patient recruitment and sample collection

• Develop and maintain study databases electronically

• Conduct data analysis using statistical software

• Attend team meetings and contribute to project discussions

Requirements:

• High school graduation plus two years' experience

• Commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion

• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management

• Previous medical or pediatric experience preferred
