Internship in Immunoengineering at Aspect Biosystems

This role includes supporting our innovative team with the maintenance of 2D and 3D cell cultures, executing bioassays to evaluate cell function, and enhancing the efficiency of our experimental processes. Your contributions in maintaining organized data and meticulous documentation will aid in troubleshooting and optimizing assay means. Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities are essential to thrive in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support development of adrenal and immunoengineering platforms

• Maintain sensitive cell lines in diverse culture environments

• Conduct regular bioassays, including ELISAs and metabolic readouts

• Organize datasets for replicates and functional outcomes

• Cross-functionally support multiple translational engineering teams

Requirements:

• Enrollment in a biomedical engineering or life sciences program

• Knowledge of sterile techniques and cell culture

• Effective communication and documentation skills

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

• Ability to adapt to shifting team priorities
