As a Research Assistant at the UBC Department of Emergency Medicine, you will support digital health initiatives that enhance patient-centered care and education. Engaging in both qualitative and quantitative research, you will evaluate digital health interventions and participate in funding proposal development. Your work will directly contribute to leveraging technology for innovative health solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and organize research project activities
• Conduct literature searches and synthesize findings
• Facilitate focus groups and conduct participant interviews
• Assist with data collection, analysis, and preparation
• Support report writing and presentation materials
Requirements:
• High school graduation with two years of related experience
• Training in social science, health science, or public health preferred
• Knowledge of basic social science research methods
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with MS Office and data analysis software
